“Ride To The Sky” Umoza Cycle Challenge 2011
The Umoza Cycle Challenge for 2011 involves one week in
stunning Andalucia, one of Spain’s most vibrant regions. The goal is to cover 420kms in 5 days on a route including Malaga.,
Ronda, the Sierra Nevada mountain range, Granada and the Mediterranean
coast. The cycle involves the ultimate
challenge - ascending to 2800 metres on
the highest paved road in Europe. A
guaranteed challenge of a
lifetime. The trip aims to raise funds
for UMOZA (meaning “togetherness”) the school for street children run by St. John of God Community Services in
Malawi.
